Building a social following is hard work – keeping up with a posting schedule, advertising, and great content are all important tools when trying to increase your “likes”. The best content, however, is often original content. That’s why we developed the concept of “Shop Talk” – a social video contest asking DENSO’s viewers, mostly comprised of technicians and seasoned DIY-ers, to interpret the auto jargon our in-house tech guys dish out. Excited for a chance to show off their automotive knowledge, our engagement was through the roof with this social initiative.
